Nebula Diffuser: A new kind of scent—no plugs or oily sticks

This sleek scent diffuser by Studio WM will have you throwing out your reed diffusers and old fragrance plugs in a second. (You should probably give up on the fragrance plugs anyway.) The Nebula is one of three scent diffusers in the Dutch design studio’s Senses Unfold line.

Made of black matte porcelain and brass, the Nebula’s clean, sculpture-like design rather resembles a stage light. Both the diffuser’s base and head are cylindrical in shape with one rounded end and one flat.

Trailing from the base—where an electrical cord might be if we keep with the stage light comparison—is a flocked pump. When pressed, however, the pump radiates an aromatic mist rather than light.

Eye-catching with its minimalistic, modern look, the Nebula can also blend in if it needs to. Measuring in at less than six inches tall (14.2 centimeters to be exact), this chic little scent maker is compact enough to fit almost anywhere.

Cool enough looking to pass for a piece of art, the Nebula scent diffuser is Studio WM’s swank answer to aromatherapy with no reed sticks required.
