Springtime is worth celebrating (unless you're in Southern California and the entire year seems like one big spring.) For the rest of us, we wish for the tulips to rise, dream for the clouds to part and can't wait to get back into an frock that doesn't consist of eight thick layers.

When I'm able to walk out the door in Gap's comfy Heathered Hi-lo Shirt mixed with my technicolor print shorts, it's an easy sign that Earth is shifting from the polar vortex to the solar vortex. About time.
