If you’re gonna go out, you may as well go out in style. This chic casket from the Diamant Series has a killer design, with clean lines and faceted edges. The sharp design from Jacob Jensen is literally cutting edge. The design house, based in Copenhagen, has been in the forefront of Scandinavian design since 1958, and has recently partnered with coffin and urn specialist, Tommerup Kister to create the Diamant Series.

Their inspiration came in the shape of a diamond. “A symbol of the perpetual, pure and noble. The highest point on the coffin is in line with the heart of the deceased; the coffin’s top surface is such that a single flower can be placed exactly there. It becomes an elegant monument in itself without the need of extra adornment.” We wouldn’t be caught dead in anything less.
